Kathleen

I’ve been taking lessons with Kathleen for two months now, and I can safely say that I’ve found my new favourite teacher on italki! Even though my main goal is conversational practice, there are many things that need to click in order to work with someone in the long run: a kind personality, genuine interest in the other person, and the ability to talk about almost anything. That’s why finding the right teacher often feels like a constant search - but this time it wasn’t in vain :)

Kathleen is truly an excellent teacher. She shows great knowledge and a genuine interest in helping her students. She is fully present the whole time, explaining, asking questions, and encouraging every step of the way.

I really enjoyed my lesson with Kathleen. We thoroughly discussed my learning plans and the goals we’ll be working toward, and we also outlined the tools and methods we’ll use in our sessions. I shared all my preferences, which the teacher carefully noted, and she asked clear follow-up questions on every topic I’m interested in. Together, we set realistic goals and agreed on how we’ll move forward. I highly recommend her. I genuinely enjoyed the lesson, I will continue studying with her, and I’m confident that with her guidance I’ll be able to achieve all my goals.
