Hallo! I’m a native German speaker living in the US, and I love helping people discover the language in a way that feels natural and motivating. All my lessons are fully conversational — no textbooks or worksheets — and focused on real-life communication. My classes are lively and shaped by my international experience and curiosity for other cultures. When I’m not teaching, I’m usually traveling or learning something new myself, which keeps my lessons fresh and authentic.

Over the past two years, I’ve worked with beginners and intermediate learners from many different backgrounds. Some wanted to feel confident before moving abroad, others needed German for work or study — all with the goal of speaking comfortably and naturally. As a teacher, I focus on creating a relaxed space where speaking feels safe and natural from the very beginning. I listen closely, adapt quickly, and guide the conversation so you’re always challenged just enough to grow—without pressure or overwhelm.

With me, you’ll practice the kind of German you can actually use — at work, while traveling, or in everyday conversations. Every lesson builds on what you already know through guided conversation and gentle correction, helping you gain confidence step by step and enjoy the process.
