Hi, I’m Takeo from Osaka, Japan.
I spent over 11 years living in Australia, where I worked and communicated daily with people from many different backgrounds. Before that, I also studied abroad in Canada, which was my first experience living overseas.
Through these experiences, I learned that language is not just about grammar or vocabulary. It’s about real communication, confidence, and expressing yourself in everyday life.
Because I’ve been in your position, I understand the frustration and hesitation that come with learning a new language. That’s why I focus on practical Japanese you can actually use in real situations.
My teaching style is friendly, patient, and flexible. I adapt each lesson to your level and goals, and I guide you naturally without overcorrecting, so you can improve while staying confident.
My lessons are conversation based and focus on real-life Japanese. We can talk about daily life, work, travel, or anything you’re interested in.
In my lessons, you will learn:
・Natural Japanese used in real conversations
・How to sound more like a native speaker
・Useful phrases for daily life in Japan
・Cultural insights and communication style
For beginners, I can explain clearly in English. For intermediate and advanced learners, I help you refine your expressions and sound more natural and fluent.
If you’re planning to live in Japan or already living here, I can help you communicate more confidently and comfortably.
I’m looking forward to meeting you.
