Conversational Day-by-day Latin American Spanish Hello! My name is Johan. I’m an English teacher from Colombia who is now expanding his journey into teaching Spanish. After traveling and living abroad, I rediscovered a deep appreciation for my native language and the cultural richness behind it. ¡Hola! Me llamo Johan. Soy profesor de inglés de Colombia y ahora estoy ampliando mi experiencia en la enseñanza del español. Después de viajar y vivir en el extranjero, redescubrí un profundo aprecio por mi lengua materna y la riqueza cultural que la rodea. I teach Latin American Spanish with a clear, structured, and academic approach, ideal for beginners and intermediate learners who want real progress. My classes combine simple grammar explanations, guided practice, and real conversation, even from day one. I believe learning a language is not only about memorizing rules, it’s about connecting with people, culture, and new opportunities. I guide students step-by-step through grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, always providing simple explanations and practical exercises. I plan each lesson with clear objectives and gradual progression, so you always know what we’re learning and why. My approach is ideal for beginners and intermediate learners who want a solid foundation and visible progress.

The lesson was perfect, Sebastian explained all the rules, gave me presentation and some exercises. Also we practiced speaking in Spanish, I have low level of Spanish and he spoke with me with very clear accent and simple sentences for me, so i could understand everything! He also speaks excellent English, so it was no problem to explain me rules and translate some words for me. The teacher also gave me homework to practice some grammar and new words that we learned. Thank you! Learning Spanish is really interesting with Sebastian!
