My name is Slav, originally I'm from Ukraine, however I lived my whole life in Italy, then moved to the UK, where I moved finished high school and went to university. Besides English and Italian, I can also speak fluently Russian, as well as Spanish at an intermediate level. I also understand some Ukrainian.

I am a Cambridge Celta qualified English language teacher, and I have 5 years of teaching and tutoring experience. I taught English lessons in physical language schools as well as online to both adult and young learners. Currently, I am working for an online English language school, while also tutoring students privately.

Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım

My teaching method revolves around the use of a communicative approach where each lesson is tailored to a student's individual needs and interests to help them work on their speaking fluency and learn new vocabulary, as well as delivering structured lessons where we work on the use of grammar through real-life scenarios to improve their ability and confidence when using English in everyday situations. Unlike in traditional school lessons, I focus on the students' ability to communicate regardless of their fluency level and grammatical accuracy, as I believe that being able to speak confidently with others while making mistake will naturally help students refine their language mastery.
