Dilek is a fun tutor to work with. Since she has lived in several countries outside of Türkiye, she is able to comment on the culture with some distance and objectivity. I feel that I am learning much more from her about the culture than I have from other tutors in the past. I also appreciate that she speaks at a pace that is very comfortable for my ears.

Dilek is very warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. The conversation flowed naturally, and I felt comfortable throughout the lesson. I really enjoyed learning with her!

I thoroughly enjoyed my third lesson with Dilek. First off, she speaks very clearly, which is very important to me as there are many tutors whom I struggle to understand. Second, the conversation rolled pleasantly from topic to topic. It was not just helpful for Turkish language practice, but also culturally enriching. The fact that Dilek lives outside of Türkiye makes her a more interesting tutor to me because her experience living overseas makes her able to reflect on her homeland without being dogmatic. Finally, she is just cheerful and pleasant to converse with, which is I find stimulating and encouraging.

Dilek is a very friendly person and a great teacher. She speaks very clearly which makes it easy to understand her and she explains very well. I always very much enjoy talking to her and learning with her.
