I’m a Business English and fluency coach from Cambridge, UK. Before teaching, I spent 15 years in IT and management consulting in London and South America.
That background helps me coach professionals on the communication that matters at work: giving concise updates, leading meetings, and explaining complex ideas to international colleagues.
Since 2014, I’ve worked with professionals across Europe and Asia—engineers, project managers, lawyers, and financial controllers—helping them express ideas clearly, respond naturally in real time, and sound confident under pressure.

Fluency training — short daily video homework to practise listening and summarising.
Business communication — realistic roleplays and audio practice for meetings and discussions.
Mini projects — practise presentations, interviews, progress updates, and other real deliverables.
Practical grammar repair — fix grammar and pronunciation inside real conversation.
In every lesson, I correct mistakes in real time so you practise the improved version, not the error.

Just had a trial class with Matthew, and it was awesome! He is super experienced and so patient.He is good at making a study plan for each student. What i love most is his teaching idea “The more mistakes you make, the more you grow. Don’t be scared of messing up.” It’s different from what I was taught at school. Before, I’d always worry about making mistakes and felt too nervous to speak up. But now, I feel way more confident. I’m sticking with Matthew for more sessions.
