As an ESL teacher with a Master’s in Education and 10+ years of experience, I specialize in helping students master *academic writing* and *American pronunciation*. My corporate background as a research analyst sharpened my ability to break down complex topics—perfect for guiding learners from beginner to advanced levels.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me discussing classic literature (my favorite classroom tool!) or dancing to 1960s jazz. Living in Mexico deepened my understanding of language challenges, making me a patient, adaptable guide for your English journey. Let’s make learning meaningful—and fun!

I have always enjoyed helping others to learn and to meet their academic goals. When I was about 10 years old, my teacher asked me to help some of the other students who were struggling with their reading. I would sit with them one-on-one or sometimes she would have me read the assignment into a tape recorder so the students could follow along with my voice as they read the assignment. I believe in tailoring lessons to the students' specific needs and learning styles. I work with students to develop customized lesson plans to help them meet their individual goals.
