I’m Cami, a native French tutor with a master’s degree in international relations and a deep passion for languages, history, and cultural exchange. Fluent in 3 languages, I help students gain confidence in French — whether through lively conversations, solid grammar practice, or real-world topics that spark your curiosity. My teaching style is interactive, structured, and adaptable: we’ll focus on what matters most to you. I hold a master’s degree in international relations, and during my bachelor’s studies in liberal arts, I explored French and English literature, linguistics, grammar, and the history of languages, as well as several ancient languages. Living abroad for several years allowed me to meet students and friends from many backgrounds — and helping them with French naturally became my passion. That’s what inspired me to join italki: to share the beauty of the French language with learners around the world. I’m friendly but meticulous: I’ll always correct your grammar and pronunciation, explain why, and help you build habits that make your French sound natural and confident. Cami is great! Very knowledgeable and encouraging yet she doesn't let you get away without trying very hard and figuring it out! Cami is not a lazy tutor - she is professional and clearly understands the best way to share her knowledge. Her English is excellent although you will seldom hear it as she encourages you to try very hard to speak mostly in French!
