Ich bin Deutscher, lebe in Österreich und Kroatien. In meinem Beruf als Musiktherrapeut bin ich in Pension. Meine Interessen sind Musik, Sport (beides aktiv) Literatur, Geschichte und allgemeine kulturelle und politische Themen.

In den Jahren 2015/16 habe ich eine zusätzliche Ausbildung zum Trainer für Deutsch als Fremd- bzw. Zweitsprache gemacht. Ich habe dann zuerst in Österreich Deutschkurse für Asylwerber abgehalten. Seit 2016 unterrichte ich zunehmend auch im Internet.
In 2015/16 I completed additional education as a trainer for German as a foreign or second language. Then I first taught German for asylum seekers in Austria. Since 2016 I have been teaching more and more online. Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım
Ich kann Standardkurse auf allen Levels anbieten. Meine Spezialität ist allerdings eher die individuelle Betreuung von fortgeschrittenen SchülerInnen. Entwicklung bzw. die Erweiterung von mündlichen Kompetenzen, Vorbereitung auf Sprachprüfungen, auf Bewerbungsgespräche, Entwicklung von Strategien für Kundengespräche, für professionelle Dialoge (z.B. Arzt/Patient)...
Als Unterrichtsmaterial verwende ich gerne die Reihen "Schritte plus", "Delphin" (beide Hueber) oder "Aspekte" (Klett).

no - no - 2024I would like to continue offering test prep as I have done successfully over the last four years here in italki. At my age (69) I don't think it's appropriate to spend money on a additional certification when test prep was already part of my training in 2016.

Tobia is an excellent teacher, especially for B1 and advanced learners. His method is very effective – he lets you speak freely, records you, and then explains grammar and pronunciation mistakes in a clear and structured way. He speaks at natural speed, which is great for higher levels. As an A2 learner, it was sometimes a bit fast for me, but I always understood the general meaning. Highly recommended for students who want a serious, intensive lesson with strong feedback.
