Hello! My name is Haidor, and I’m a native English speaker born and raised in London, UK. Apart from English, I can also speak Bengali (native-Sylheti dialect) and I can understand classical Bengali, I can speak Hindi (intermediate level) and some Arabic (intermediate level).
A bit more about myself, I love swimming and playing football as they keep me fit, healthy and focused. I also love travelling, and I would love to do more of it in the near future. As a native English speaker from the UK, I have a strong passion for teaching English as a second language. With a CELTA qualification and 12 years of experience, I’ve taught in schools, colleges, universities, and institutes in the UK and in Saudi Arabia. My diverse teaching background has allowed me to adapt my methods to various cultural and educational settings.
I’m deeply passionate about teaching English as a Second Language, as it allows me to help students learn English fast and effectively. I tailor each lesson to meet the unique needs of my students, whether they want to improve their grammar, conversational skills, vocabulary or pronunciation. My teaching approach is student-centered and engaging, designed to foster active participation and ensure that learning is both effective and enjoyable. Students can expect a relaxed and fun learning experience as I use games and humor to make them feel comfortable, and keep them interested in the lesson.
