Hi there! I'm Trina, and I'm from the Philippines. As a registered teacher in my country, I've been helping English learners succeed for 15 years. I've taught English to speakers of other languages across ages and levels.  University level students = approx. 1800 teaching hours  Adult (skilled and professional) = approx. 6000 teaching hours My expertise includes:  English for International Conversation  English for Work  English for University Studies  IELTS Preparation

Carlos C. I like that she is a person who likes to talk about different topics in their classes, from current issues to more general topics. I like her classes to practice listening (videos) as well as to learn new vocabulary, correct pronunciation & good use of grammar. Assane T. Probably the best English teacher I have ever met. Trina makes you feel comfortable, she is highly skilled and experienced. Always ready to find the right material that suits my requirements.

In my lessons, you will experience at least 3 stages. Stage 1: Warm-up - Reacting and describing a short video, picture, or a short article - Having short discussion questions Stage 2: Main Lesson - Watching a video or reading an article/ dialogue (main material) - Comprehension questions - Vocabulary building - Short grammar points (if necessary) Stage 3: Post Activity - Challenge activity (depending on your language goal) o Dialogue practice + use of target vocabulary item o Long-turn speaking (e.g., storytelling) + use of target vocabulary item - Pronunciation drills (if necessary)

Trina is a good organizer you can understand it if you did have a class with her. She has great experience in English teaching. She can always find a funny way to teach. She has useful materials and keeps adding new ones. I really recommend everyone who wants to learn English to have a class with her.
