Learn with Joan

Joan is a gifted and skilled teacher. I felt very comfortable speaking with my beginner-level Catalan, and the time itself flew by. I'm really excited to keep working with him.

I am learning so much. With Joan’s help I will be speaking fluent Spanish sooner than I had originally planned.

Our class was very enjoyable. Joan is exceptionally good at getting you to converse at a relatively high, but very relaxed, level. I appreciate this approach as a way to better my speaking ability.

Joan es un profe genial. Es muy cercano y sabe mucho; entendió enseguida lo que yo necesitaba como estudiante de español. Así, llevó la clase con naturalidad y la adaptó de tal forma que mantuvo mi atención todo el tiempo. Además, preparó un plan de estudios coherente con lo que busco en mi aprendizaje.

First ever clase de español and Joan made me feel very welcome and was a great maestro, he was patient with me when I mispronounced words and didn’t make me feel stupid, I definitely recommend Joan and will be booking more lessons!
