I'm John I'm from Liverpool in the UK However I'm currently living in Madrid. In my free time I like to watch football, go out and meet new people and to explore the beautiful country of Spain.

I have taught children, teenagers and adults. I have taught business classes, grammar classes and fun vocabulary classes. I have two main styles of teaching strict grammar focus or more relaxed conversation fluency practice its up to you which you want. I also have experience with exam preparation and I will be able to help you if you have any upcoming exams.

Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım

For my grammar classes, I like to make sure the students know the grammar inside out e.g. if we were practising the past simple I would have the student create a past simple sentence. Then I would have the student change the sentence into a question using the past simple, then answer the question to make sure the student has a complete grasp of the grammar. In my conversation/fluency classes, I would give the student questions to answer and making sure they talk as much as possible giving them new vocabulary along the way.

John is so patient! Sometimes I repeat a mistake. He reminded and corrected my mistakes in time. He is a great teacher! I will continue to have lesson with John. highly recommend!

John is a very nice teacher with a clear british accent. You can talk wih him about everything in a relax and easy way. He encourages you to speak asking lots of questions and also corrects you when is necessary but always giving you the confidence to keep talking
