Ciao! I’m Annarita, a certified Italian teacher from Padua with 15+ years of experience. With 10,000+ hours of teaching and ongoing professional development, I help adults around the world make significant progress in Italian. As a CILS and CELI examiner, I prepare students for exams, job interviews, and citizenship applications — consistently with excellent results.
I also teach Ancient Greek and Latin, offering lessons in Italian and also in English for international learners.
I graduated in Classics from Padua University and began my teaching career at a private language school in Padua. I specialized in this field by earning a Master’s degree in Advanced Planning for Teaching Italian to Foreigners.
My experience includes working as a contract professor for the University for Foreigners of Perugia and at the European Institute of Design in Milan. I have also taught business Italian at companies such as Decathlon and UniCredit Bank.

Annarita is the best teacher ever! She is diligent, encouraging and responsive, with high standards and a joyful passion for Italian culture that makes every lesson a pleasure. After starting my lessons as a total beginner with her, I’m now ready to take the CILS B1 Cittadinanza exam. I can also speak with my Italian friends, enjoy Italian cinema and literature, and follow Italian current affairs, and I’m motivated to continue learning far beyond the exam. On our journey together, through her amazing teaching, Annarita has given me a thorough grounding in the language, but she has also given me so much more: the gift of being able to experience Italian culture to the full.
