I am a certified language tutor from Germany with more than 4 years of experience in teaching German. Being able to communicate with people and help them learn is my passion. I aim to help my students reach their full potential and excel in their language learning. I strive for excellence in teaching, by using modern teaching methods and providing engaging and tailor-made activities for my students. I love seeing my students succeed and am committed to helping them build a strong foundation in the German language. My teaching style focuses on student-centered learning, encouraging students to ask questions and facilitate discussion. I ensure each student understands the material by providing different pathways for learning. I provide a variety of visual aids, such as videos and diagrams, to help students better understand the concepts. I also integrate multiple ways of assessment, such as written tests and projects, which help measure student understanding. I wholeheartedly recommend Lukas as a teacher. Not only is he personable with a wonderful sense of humor, but he also provides meticulously detailed assignments for each lesson. I took 15 conversation lessons at the B1 level with him. While his preparation ensures a structured learning experience, he's also adept at navigating spontaneous topics that emerge during our sessions. This creates a perfect balance for my level of German, blending both planned and impromptu discussions.

Lukas is a bright, encouraging and no-pressure instructor. He prepares lesson material in advance that is customized to the learner. The material is thought-provoking and utilizes vocabulary that can enrich one’s conversational and writing ability. I’ve only had 3 lessons so far from Lukas, and I’m already beginning to feel a bit more free and confident in speaking.

Ich habe mich mit Lukas sechs Monate lang zum Test Daf vorbereitet. Ich kann sagen, dass Lukas sich als ein sehr kompetenter Lehrer erwiesen hat, der immer bereit war, alle meine Fragen zu beantworten oder die Stunde zu verschieben, wenn ich Schwierigkeiten hatte. Ich hatte immer meine Hausaufgaben, was mir half, den Stoff besser zu lernen. Der Unterricht war immer interessant und entspannt, was dazu beiträgt, dass man sich entspannt und keine Angst hat, Deutsch zu sprechen.
