Hello!
My name is Jivana, and I’m a Portuguese teacher with a degree in Language (Portuguese-French) and Literature.
I’m passionate about learning new languages, exploring the world around me, and immersing myself in different cultures.
In my free time, I love cooking, reading all kinds of books, and spending quality time with my loved ones and pets.Öğretmen Olarak Ben
I began teaching in 2015 during my internship at a Canadian bilingual school in Brazil. This experience marked the beginning of many rewarding opportunities in education.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual skills, needs, and interests.
I strive to make my classes as dynamic and engaging as possible to maintain students’ attention while encouraging them to keep improving and progressing in their target language.
I work with online and digitized teaching materials, including PDF files, articles, texts, grammar and vocabulary exercises, songs, and videos.

Very helpful in identifying where to focus for first lesson to keep it from being intimidating. Helped quite a bit with leveraging what I know from Romance languages, and changing for Portuguese
