Hi, I am Patrick born and raised in Germany. I have a bachelor degree in economics but I always had a passion for languages and got interested in teaching when I helped my fellow foreign university classmates with their German. Now I work as a language teacher and I gained experience while living in Mexico teaching German for more than three years in language schools, high-schools, university and giving private lessons. During that time I had the chance to work with students from levels A1 to B2 and all ages. I am a very patient and social person. My goal as a teacher is that you get the most out of the class. How do I want to achieve that?
1) Create a comfortable atmosphere:
You have to be relaxed and feel comfortable in order to learn. I will try to create a very comfortable atmosphere so you can concentrate on the lesson.
2) Teaching a fun class:
The class should be fun and interesting, that’s when we get the best results. I would love to know about topics that interest you and consider them in my preparation of the class.
3) Speak as much German as possible:
You have to get used to the structure, the sound and the rhythm of the language. That's why I want to encourage you that we speak as much German as possible during the class.Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım
Trial class:
We will discuss your needs, goals and expectations. I will prepare a first short lesson for you so you get an idea of how my classes will look like.
Beginners & intermediate Level A1, A2, B1:
I recommend structured lessons where we would work on your basics: writing, reading, speaking, comprehension, pronunciation and grammar.
Intermediate & advanced Level B2, C1:
These lessons are completely personalized depending on your needs and goals.
Conversation class:
We will focus on your conversation skills covering different topics each class using various materials to also train your listening and reading comprehension.Sertifikalar

Having Patrick as my teacher was the best decision for my learning progress. I admire the effort that he puts in the preparation of each class. That as well as his understanding attitude and patience, bring the top quality to his lessons.
We have both formal and informal lessons. On formal ones we focus on grammar, examples, and application and on informal ones we focus on reading, listening, understanding and speaking. The variety of topics we talk about makes this the most interesting language course I've ever had. It is often that I get carried away with a discussion and I forgot that this is a lesson until Patrick corrects my German. :)
I am grateful for his dedication and patience. I'm sure that with him I'll be able to master this crazy language.

Patrick is an excellent teacher. Very supportive and generous with his time. He was extremely well prepared for the class but also able to improvise around my questions. His communication is faultless and he was attentive to what I needed most from the class. Patrick made sure I was following everything properly, with a really great balance of practical work, grammar, new ideas, and role playing. I will definitely be booking more classes. Thanks, Patrick!

Patrick is an excellent teacher, he's very patient and attentive to the smallest details and he always makes sure that I've understood everything perfectly. The materials he shares are superb and diverse, covering all the major areas of language learning like grammar and vocabulary. Highly recommended for everyone!
