Hi, I’m Alex! A TEFL-certified English teacher with a Master’s in Teaching and 8+ years of experience. Originally from the USA, I moved to Spain in 2017—so I truly understand the challenges (and joys!) of learning a language abroad.
I specialize in customized lessons for students who want to speak confidently, whether for travel, work, or daily life. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me hiking, painting, or organizing events for my local international community—because connecting across cultures is my passion!

I've been working as an English teacher both online and in person since 2017. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Geography focusing on cultural studies and minored in Spanish. I completed a TEFL certification course and studied a Masters degree in teaching. In my classes we will cover all of the language learning components to ensure you have a well-rounded skill set. I have experience working with students from all over the world and enjoy seeing my students progress. I am an engaging teacher and I take pride in the success of my students. I plan my lessons based on my student's individual needs. In our first class we will discuss what your goals are and I will develop a plan based on your English level. My classes will include level-appropriate grammar, conversation, vocabulary, reading, and writing activities. I use a variety of online resources including news articles, grammar worksheets, video clips, and more. I adapt my lessons to each student based on their goals.Öğretim materyallerim
