My name is Saheli Roy. I am from India but currently residing in Switzerland for the past few years. I have completed my Masters and I also have a degree in pedagogy. I am a certified TOEFL and IELTS trainer too.Öğretmen Olarak Ben
I have been teaching for over 10 years now. I have been a high school teacher in India. I was also associated with an institution where I trained students for TOEFL and IElTS. It is such a joy to teach people who are inquisitive and ready to learn new things. My classes are dynamic, interactive and more fun. I believe in more dynamic approach. Teaching should be more interactive and not simple monologue where I speak and the student listens. I require more student participation by engaging them in quiz, making them read articles and using flash cards. Based on the students requirement I design my lessons, so that it can be more useful to the students.Öğretim materyallerim

Saheli has been very willing to adapt lessons to my individual needs. I am learning Bengali as it is my wife's mother language. Saheli is teaching language and assisting with cultural contexts to increase my understanding of Bengali culture, not just the language.

My teenage daughter is very keen on learning conversational Bengali. Ms. Roy has taught her two classes so far, and she has been enjoying it is and is looking forward to taking more classes over the summer break. Ms. Roy has been efficient and flexible with the schedule, and well prepared.
