どうもありがとう for レッスン 150! Thank you for being a 素晴らしい先生, エミさん! I'm very happy that I found my way to your classroom, almost 2 years ago! All the progress I've made with my Japanese studies has been thanks to you and our 楽しい lessons together. Let's hit 200 before the end of the year! がんばって!

This teacher is really fantastic. She will often point out things that you do that sound non-native, so you can perfect your linguistic ability and sound more like a native Japanese. It is hard to find a teacher that points such things out. I definitely recommend this teacher.

今日は初めてEmi先生と協力ゲームをしたけど、楽しかったな。英語も上手くて助かったよ。次も頑張ってもらうわ！ふふ。謎解きの魅力はやっぱその閃きの瞬間。自分で解いても、答えを教えてもらっても、そのなるほどの気持ちは脳にすごくいいらしい。うまく誘導できたかはわからないけれども、もっと頑張りたいなと思う。いつものことなんだけど、貴重の時間をありがとうね。

Every lesson with Emi-san is full of laughter and I feel really accomplished when we finish. We are now having bits of conversation in simple Japanese, something I wasn't sure I'd ever been able to do, and it's all thanks to her enthusiasm and niceness that motivates me to keep up studying.

Great lesson with Emi! We reviewed the short form and short form negative grammar. We also learned about using の to make a verb into a noun. It was good practice for using the short form. Emi was a great help in answering my questions in the lesson, including the explanation of いる being two different verbs!
