Hello! I teach Latin and Ancient Greek at all levels. I received my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Classics from the University of Kansas where I specialized in Latin literature. I love reading epic poetry, but I’m always down to read something new! While I work now as a game developer in Stockholm, I still tutor part-time. I’ve taught beginning and advanced Latin as well as introductory Ancient Greek at the university level. I’m more than happy to tailor our lessons and pacing to your desired goals–whatever they may be! For more traditional students, I combine grammar education with composition and reading fluency exercises to help you read faster and dictionary-free! I’m a huge etymology nerd and I find that learning how these words have developed over time helps tremendously with remembering vocabulary.
For students with other goals, we can discuss what you’d like to learn and the best methods for the individual. This could include reading texts together, discussing grammatical concepts, learning etymologies, studying roots, etc. There are a myriad of reasons you may want to study Latin or Ancient Greek, so let’s have a chat and figure out what works best for you!Öğretim materyallerim
