Hello :) My name is Or Carmel. I born and raised in Israel, (Hebrew native speaker) and now I am living in Amsterdam. In the Netherlands, my everyday life language is English. I have Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics and East Asian studies.

I have been learning Chinese in the past, and now I am learning Dutch. These experiences help me to understand the difficulties and also the satisfaction of the learning languages. I am a patient teacher. I will help you to develop your language skills, step by step. I am inviting you to come for my trial class, or book a class with me, that is the best way for you to see my teaching method.

I promise to make my greatest effort to allow you to feel joy, motivation and curiosity. These qualities will help you to be consistent with your learning. My goal is to believe in my students, but also to encourage you to believe in yourself. My lessons are informative and very flexible. Come and meet me in the trial lesson, I hope it will convice you. If you have a question, please write me here. Learning a language is a social thing, you need someone to lead you through the language, I can be that person for you.
