My name is Manuel (Me llamo Manuel).
I’ m from Mexico City (Soy de la ciudad de México). Although I lived in Spain for two years (Aunque viví en España durante dos años), I currently live in Mexico. (Actualmente, vivo en México).
I am a linguist (Soy lingüista). We will use the Communicative Aproach to Iearn Spanish. The Communicative approach is based on the idea that learning language successfully come through having to communicate real mining.

I have been working with Juan Manuel for about 5 months now. Juan Manuel is a patient, trustworthy, and kind instructor and person. He has a wide knowledge of the Spanish language and is quite informative. He is incredibly approachable as an instructor and every session with him is a pleasant, fun and illuminating. I feel so very fortunate to have Juan Manuel as my Spanish teacher.

Manuel is an incredible teacher who I always look forward to talking to. We always have great conversation and usually end up conversing about life. He is always energetic and more than willing to come up with homework or examples to help solidify concepts for me.

Juan is a wonderful tutor for young learners. He is patient, collaborative, and genuinely fun. He knows how to keep a seven year old engaged, even with ADHD. He meets Asher where he is, adapts in real time, and keeps lessons moving without pressure. Asher looks forward to every session. We have seen real progress and growing confidence. I highly recommend Juan.
