I am a graduated Philologist of Scandinavian languages and literature and I have over five years of one-on-one teaching experience. I teach Swedish to kids, teenagers, and adults on several language platforms, and I also teach Swedish to employees from different companies. Since I was born in Sweden you will get a great learning experience from me, because I can teach you both the Swedish language and culture. And I am also working as an English-Swedish and Swedish-Serbian translator and interpreter and because of that, I can help you to improve your vocabulary.

My goal is to help my future students to communicate and write in Swedish language and that is why I adjust my classes to them and their needs. I like to use different teaching materials an I encourage my students to speak in Swedish as much as possible. And maybe most important, I am a professional in my work but I also know how to relax my students and give them a great learning experience. So if you are planning to move to Sweden for studying, work or maybe you have a partner from Sweden I am the right person to teach this beautiful and interesting language and also introduce to you to Swedish culture and even history.

Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım

During my lessons I combine grammar exercises, reading and understanding of different texts and training of pronunciation while I discuss with my student about different topics. I also give homework to my students after every lesson, because it is important for them to exercise Swedish on their own too. Of course, I provide the material and share it with my students. There is more but every student has its own separate needs and goals, so I do not use the same material for every student and I always try to find something new that will help my students in this process. With me students learn Swedish in a relaxed maner and my lesson are both dynamic and really instructive.

My lesson with Aleksandra was amazing! She helped me in understanding the alphabet and we worked on long and short pronunciations. I definitely recommend her for beginner students like myself. I can't wait to book another lesson!! :)
