Nak

After trying so long to find a teacher who could help me improve my Spanish at a intermediate level, I was very happy to have a lesson with Nak. Although I only had one lesson with him, I instantly felt comfortable to talk freely. He was also very motivated to help me surpass the stagnation I have been having with the language, and was attentive with giving me corrections while I spoke. Learning always feels more fun when you have a teacher who is passionate about what they do. If you are looking for that, I recommend trying out a session with Nak!

Nak es un excelente profesor! me sentí muy cómoda en la clase, muy asertivo con las correcciones y muy preocupado por que entendiera todo! Además la amabilidad y el entusiasmo por enseñar hace que la clase sea muy entretenida.

I find that Nak is someone who teaches in a style that is exactly what I was seeking. Our hour together is intense. He encourages me to speak and gently but thoroughly corrects my errors in a way that is designed to teach me the reasons and logic behind the rules. I believe that Nak, for me, is a perfect complement to CI.

Nak can explain the language in such a logical and mechanics driven way that few others can. He is able to articulate in great clarity the linguistic reason behind small details in the language that any native speaker takes for granted. With him, learning is not so much rote memorization, rather it is like engineering. He can always explain why something is as it is, and he gives you the insight to extrapolate beyond the confines of the lesson.

Nak is a very positive, open, and charming teacher who motivates and encourages students from the very beginning to love and enjoy the process of learning Spanish. A very useful start and a promising experience.
