My first language was german which I learned at school and I always enjoyed the many metaphorical phrases and sayings that are in the German language. The second language I learned is English which I learned at school which gave me a low-level foundation. However, I learned English properly when I started traveling and speaking with native English speakers.
I love reading, and most importantly, meeting new people from all walks of life, and that's really my passion. Everyone should be allowed to learn a second language.Öğretmen Olarak Ben
I am experienced with working with people of all ages. I enjoy working with students in groups and one-to-one sessions and love seeing them improve their german through my encouragement and tenacity.
Fun is important and to create every lesson as unique as possible. I like to use role-plays and photocards in the lessons as that keeps the lessons exciting.
Also, I use texts that are of interest to my students because I have improved my English grammar with reading. Most importantly it's the relaxed conversations in German I have with my students that improve my student's skills and gives them the confidence they need. Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım
Having learned and memorized languages myself in the past I provide a fun and relaxed environment for my students as I know how important it is to learn in that way and for my students to remember their lessons and improve their fluency.
I keep switching activities so that my lessons stay fresh. I constantly encourage my students to talk about subjects they find interesting or they want to learn about. My students are the ones that talk and I mainly listen.
I build upon the skills and knowledge my students have and use books and exercises that have helped my former students.

Es macht immer Spaß, Deutsch mit Lucia zu lernen. Der Unterricht ist immer sehr interaktiv und ich lerne jedes Mal viele neue Wörter. Ich kann jedem empfehlen.

I take regular lessons with Lucia. I'm a beginner and needed someone who could understand what I was trying to learn (and speak!) and also someone who I could understand with my limited comprehension. Lucia has been a great teacher for that. Highly recommended

Lucia ist eine sehr gute Lehrerin, sie bietet mir immer Übungen die zu meinem Niveau und meinen Interessen passen. Ich mag ihre präzise Art zu korrigieren, sowohl die Grammatik als auch die Aussprache. Seit ich bei ihr Konversationsstunden nehme, fühle ich mich beim Deutschsprechen viel sicherer.
