Hi! I am Leila and I am a tutor of Italian language here on Italki. I live in the wonderful city of Bologna that is famous for its arcades, the Asinelli tower, its prestigious university and its delicious dishes. I live here as I am graduating in Languages Markets and Culture of Asia. Studying foreign languages and cultures has always been one of my greatest passions, but I love the idea of sharing my knowledge about the Italian language and culture as well, and that's the reason why, as I moved to Bologna, I started working as a volunteer in a school of italian language for foreigners. So I am here on Italki because I hope to put in practice everything that I've learnt during these years.

I am very friendly and easy-going. I like creating relations with my student based on trust, friendship and fun.

Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım

My classes are based on conversation, and that's because I think that the best way to learn a language is practising it through the conversation. I like my stundents to choose the topic of the conversation time after time according to their interests. I furthermore, I always try to make my classes more captivating and compelling using short articles or videos that I would like to discuss together with them. I am also willing to help students who needs a better understanding of the Italian grammar, we could have short reviews if you want!
