I'm a person who likes teaching, and my passion for education is tremendous.
To be a good language teacher not only needs to have professional teaching skills but also must be a patient and enthusiastic listener.
I'm convinced that through our efforts together, you can speak Mandarin well.
I don’t just teach vocabulary or grammar.
I accompany my students from the moment they feel unsure and stuck, until the day they speak Mandarin with confidence. My role is to support, encourage, and walk with you through every breakthrough.

No matter you are a beginner or you already know some Chinese and you want to improve your conversational skills, I can help you. I'm a picture book maniac, so I use story books to teach adults and children. Besides, if you are an advanced level student, we can learn mandarin by Chinese songs, drama or video. My first lesson with Yifang老師 and it was amazing! Learned so much without it feeling like it too jammed packed. She was patient, and added onto sentences I was saying. Definitely recommending her for anyone looking to learn mandarin!

Yifang is very creative and loves teaching, you can really feel it from her lessons planning: Today we watched and analyzed a video about “Typhoon days” in Taiwan and not only it was fun and entertaining, but a great way for me to learn new words and slang, while learning more about the culture! Very interesting and useful ! Thank you 👏🏻👏🏻

Yi Fang is a great teacher! Patient, flexible and helpful! A bonus for me is that I can see both simplified and traditional characters depending on the material. Despite previously having studied Beijing Chinese, Yi Fang's speech is very clear to me. Highly recommended!
