I highly recommend Marina as a Russian tutor. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. Her lessons are well-structured, and she does an excellent job of explaining the complex rules of Russian grammar, providing clear examples and helpful homework (which I always make sure to complete!!!).
