Happy with my classes with Adrián. He pays a lot of attention to the things discussed during the previous lessons and comes up with relevant topics to base the next class on. Articulates clearly the nuances of the language while always staying patient and willing to go into as much detail as needed.

I’m a Spanish heritage student who was looking for a tutor to primarily practice my speaking skills and expand my vocabulary, as going to Instituto Cervantes alone felt insufficient if I truly wanted to become highly proficient in my father’s language. After weeks of searching, I thought Adrián would be the perfect fit for me and he absolutely was. I’ve had several people help me, but none match his dedication and thoughtfulness. He’s kind, supportive and genuinely passionate about teaching Spanish. His classes provide a safe space where I feel at ease and get the feedback I need. People often overestimate my abilities as a heritage speaker while not understanding my motivation or goals; Adrián does. He pushes me to improve step by step and I’ve already noticed progress. Reconnecting with this part of my identity means so much to me and I’m grateful to be able to do it under his guidance. I always look forward to our classes together.
