Hello people! My name is Santiago. I'm a 30 years old Spanish teacher.
I'm currently based in Caracas, Venezuela. I am passionate about food, languages, cinema, social sciences, politics, education and foreign cultures.
I'm really talkative and curious, so you won't have a day without a nice conversation on our subject of the day.
My lessons are oriented to boost yourself into talking in Spanish about your interests, your daily life and having a laugh in the process.

I like to combine culture, grammar, games, conversation, and vocabulary in my language classes. I organize my classes based on the students' interests so that they can learn to use the language according to their needs and personalities.
I believe that language learning is the best way to:
- Learn more about others and the world.
- Boost our professional careers.
- Have better travel experiences.
In my tutoring, I will help you find your own way with Spanish. As a person and tutor, I strongly believe in leading my classes with empathy, respect, patience, and curiosity. I promise I will always make you enjoy your learning process!

I have six years of experience teaching students from different parts of the world. I have expertise in the following teaching areas:
- Taking my students from beginner to intermediate level.
- Guiding them to achieve good grades on their DELE tests.
- Teaching teenagers, helping them develop solid foundations for the language, and helping them communicate in growing Spanish-speaking and intercultural contexts.
- Helping advanced and intermediate students improve their Spanish skills through real communicative situations, making the nuances of meanings in my native language visible.

Las actividades para el diplomado requerían de estudio de materiales teóricos, la preparación de modelos de clases y de materiales de estudio para la clase y para el estudio personal de los estudiantes.
El título me permite enseñar español con conocimientos generales de la pedagogía y la práctica didáctica; profesionalmente, me permite trabajar en instituciones de mi país o internacionales.
