Jessie Expert TOPIK

I've been taking classes with Jessie 쌤 for almost five years and have achieved levels that I only imagined in the beginning. Despite my experience in self-study, working with other tutors, and taking university classes, she is the by far the best Korean teacher I've ever had. She meets you at the level that you are in while slowly challenging you along the way. She embodies all the characteristics of an amazing teacher making you want to come back and learn more! You won't regret her as a teacher.

What would I do with out Jessie 쌤?! I have been working with Jessie to prepare for TOPIK 2 and so far have had such an wonderful experience. Jessie has a wealth of knowledge about Korean language, grammar, TOPIK test taking know-hows, as well as Korean culture that is truly impressive. What's even more impressive is her ability to teach complex topics in a way that is easily understandable. On top of that, Jessie also has an incredibly lovely and friendly personality that makes every class enjoyable. Throughout the time that I have spent studying with Jessie, she has displayed an unwavering commitment to my success and has cheered me along at every step along the way. With Jessie, I feel that I am set up for success and will be able to achieve all of my language goals.

The lesson was fully packed with new grammar taken from some questions of the past TOPIK 2 exam sheets. It helps very much to analyze the grammar used in this context. It makes me understand the subtle differences between similar grammar rules with trick questions. It also is an exercise on grasping the context or the general idea of the texts to allow an educated guess on what the answer could be.

As always with teacher Jessie, you never stop learning. She’s fantastic and never lets you get bored in her lessons thanks to her enthusiasm. I simply love her! :)

This lesson was also, by my request, focused on TOPIK specific questions. Going through all the question styles in depth really helps understand how to grasp the context and hot to organize ideas based on grammar and key words found in the text. These are very important details.

I need these lessons focused on TOPIK questions with thorough explanations of grammar and vocabulary and methods on how to better prepare for specific questions. They're also very helpful with the stress of the upcoming exam too
