I love to travel and explore the world, and inspiring my students to explore and stay curious was the coolest part of my job. A large population of the students I taught were Spanish-speaking ELL (English Language Learner) students as well, so I integrated many TEFL teaching practices into my class. One of our favorite class facts was that if a person can speak both English and Spanish, they can communicate with 80% of the world! I also worked with the Ministry of Education in Belize as a Literacy Support Specialist and Workshop facilitator for over a year, language is my passion!

My teaching style is totally adaptable to each student’s needs and abilities - however you will find that I am consistent in correcting errors, pronunciation and even accent if required. This can be toned down if you prefer less corrections and just want to focus on fluency. I am also consistent in my lesson preparation and quality of teaching.
