🌈🛍🥂🌹🏅 QUICK GRAMMAR LESSON 🥰❤️🥂🍫🏋🏽♀️
A VS AN
You use A before words beginning with a consonant (b,c,d,f,g…..) example - A cat.
You use AN before words beginning with a vowel (a,e,i,o,u) example - An Apple
Now, did you know that for words starting with a consonant BUT sounding like they start with a vowel you use the rule for vowels?
EXAMPLE:
We don’t say A hour (pronounced Our) and A heir (Pronounced Air)
We say
AN HOUR
AN HEIR
