Hello! Mi nombre es María, tengo 25 años y soy española. Actualmente vivo en España, pero también he vivido en Mánchester y he estudiado en la Manchester Metropolitan University. Mis aficiones son la música (toco un par de instrumentos), la literatura, los videojuegos y los idiomas, así como aprender sobre las culturas que están ligadas a ellos. ¡También me encantan los gatos! Hello! My name is Maria, I am 25 years old and I am Spanish. I currently live in Spain, but I have also lived in Manchester and studied at Manchester Metropolitan University. My hobbies are music , literature, videogames and languages, as well as learning about the cultures that are linked to them. I also love cats!

Llevo dando clases particulares desde que acabé Bachillerato y entré a Traducción e Interpretación. Al acabar la carrera trabajé durante un año en una academia de inglés basada en el aprendizaje natural de la lengua y me decidí a estudiar el Máster de Profesorado para poder dar clases de inglés y español. Creo firmemente que con paciencia todos podemos aprender un nuevo idioma, por lo que mis clases se basan en esta afirmación: no tenemos que desesperarnos, simplemente seguir trabajando para llegar a nuestro objetivo. I firmly believe that with patience we can all learn a new language, so my classes are based on this statement: we don't have to give up, just work harder to reach our goal!

He trabajado con distintos métodos, ya que pienso que cada persona tiene un proceso de aprendizaje diferente y el profesorado debe adaptarse. Por supuesto, siempre busco que los materiales y actividades estén en consonancia con los intereses del alumno para conseguir un aprendizaje significativo. I have worked with different methods, as I think that each person has a different learning process and teachers must adapt to it. Of course, I always try to ensure that the materials and activities are in line with the student's interests in order to achieve meaningful learning.
