You cannot say about all Russian people.
Some corrections:
It should be "russians" not RUSSIANnnnnnnnnnnn. The first letter of any sentence as well as "I" is always written in capital. Using caps lock means you are shouting. Write "something" instead of STH.
Always put full stop at the end of a sentence and a question mark at the end of a question.
It is very cheap there.
