just interesting in dayly use jouji kanji, which one has biggest stroke count (and meaning) is it possible for one kanji to have more than one meaings? thank you

the largest kanji i have ever seen is 䯂, it means: large group of horses traveling in a line; numerous; very many; a kanji certainly may mean more than one thing, like the one above and 便, that means convinient, facility and excrement
