I am Vania, a language enthusiast. My insatiable curiosity to explore diverse cultures and communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds has led me to learn various languages. As a Bachelor of Psychology graduate from a reputable university in Singapore, I am well-equipped with the necessary skills to understand people, which I believe are fundamental in effective communication. During my university years, I discovered my interest in teaching Bahasa Indonesia, my mother tongue. My motivation to share the language extends beyond mere linguistics. Currently, I work for a Chinese company and dedicate my free time and weekends to teaching Bahasa Indonesia.

As an educator, I am committed to creating an engaging and interactive learning environment that facilitates student-centered learning. To ensure that each student is placed in the appropriate level, I conduct a placement test at the beginning of the course. This helps me understand their current knowledge and skills, and to tailor the learning process accordingly.
Regular tests are also conducted to assess students' progress, and I set clear expectations for each level to ensure that students are aware of their learning goals and are motivated to achieve them. The classes and materials are tailored based on students' preferences, learning styles, and expectations.
我的課程內容與教學風格
I believe that the best teaching style is one that caters to the individual learning needs of my students. Therefore, I will adjust my teaching style based on the student's preferences, learning style, and goals. During the class, I will encourage students to use the language as much as possible, as I believe that practice is key to improving language skills. I will provide 40% of traditional teaching, while the remaining 60% will be dedicated to practical learning. This will include tasks, interactive discussions, and opportunities for students to practice speaking and listening using the concepts learned in class.
