Hello! My name is Julianne and I am a quadri-lingual individual born and raised in Canada. I have a great passion for teaching others and look forward to meeting you all through iTalki! I grew up speaking English, French, Korean and Mandarin so I have an immense love for languages and communicating with others. I had the opportunity to travel to over 20 countries in the last 3 years, and truly enjoy learning about different cultures and customs.
I also enjoy playing badminton, watching Korean dramas, listening to personal development podcasts, dance, talk long walks with my family, and just enjoy the small beauties of life~ I can't wait to meet you all in class!我的教學經歷
I believe that my strongest suit is my positive attitude and growth mindset. I want to help you achieve your language goals through conversation practice, meaningful discussions and enthusiasm! I can promise to be attentive to what you say, and give clear feedback on areas of improvement. I have a very flexible teaching style, so we can agree upon a method that works well for the both of us!

My lessons are suitable for students of all ages. I have experience working with young children and adults. In the first lesson, I will determine your English level through a series of questions, and discuss what your learning goals are. All future lessons will be tailored to what will suite you best. My lessons are meant to be conversation classes, with the purpose of improving confidence and fluency.我的教材

I really enjoyed the lesson with Julianne. She is definitely an experienced, teacher. One-hour lesson flies like it was only 10 min. After this lesson, I got a doc with all my mistakes and corrected sentences.I would be happy to recommend her as a teacher to all my friends.

Julianne is a great teacher and such a nice person. I was very comfortable speaking with her. Julianne knows how to suggest any improvements you might have during the class. She also knows how to keep the conversation going by asking you questions. I appreciate it! It was my first English class, and I loved it.
