ESL Language CoachingHelping corporate employees of Asia from mid-management to CEO level to communicate confidently in business presentations, communications to clients, and building confidence was the major scope of my work. Teaching 1-1 and group classes with up to 6 students. As a result, students become confident speakers and can communicate their ideas effortlessly in various business settings. I managed to teach nearly 2 thousand 45 minute classes
2017 - 2022
Corporate Language TrainerMeeting various corporate managers of China's top firms like Huawei, Alibaba, We Chat and others - the goal was to help them organize their thoughts in English for business trips, communication with boards of directors, prepared for presentations in English both online and offline. I was deeply involved in career-coaching to foster more promotions as I was an extremely relevant case myself ( the best employee of the year in 2 global firms). Managed to do nearly 13 thousand classes.

HR Manager / RecruiterI successfully recruited 120 English teachers for a Chinese conglomerate on a freelance basis from 2018 to 2021. Through personal interviews and hosting Skype conferences, I gained valuable insights into the industry and what makes a top performer. My success is attributed to strong communication, networking, negotiation skills, and a strategic recruitment approach. The entire activity was aside my full time teaching, making me super time organized and strategic for a number of years.

Career CoachingAs a career coach for corporate China, I was cultivating empathy and active listening as they were the major components to be able to assist my clients. Moreover, goal setting and putting plans into action was another point I taught them about. By doing so, I wanted to raise their self-confidence, thus efficiency at work. Last but not least - job interview preparation was the main module of our meetings. Helping them be fully ready was the main component that made all the difference.

Restaurant ManagerA good restaurant manager knows how to run a business smoothly and treat customers with respect and understanding. They should also be patient, stay calm under pressure, possess outstanding customer service skills, have excellent planning skills, and understand effective marketing strategies. Since I was the floor manager these skills were taught to me by my management board as I kept being promoted. However, I chose not to go to higher management path and I changed a)countries b) careers.

In our classes Anatoly gave me more than just business English training. He not only taught me to negotiate but also taught me the psychology of communication plus how to make my partner feel important!
Before the meeting my stress levels were high as I never went abroad for a business meeting ( and I am a girl !)... and it was a meeting in English! ( which is a foreign language to me of course).
Anatoly changed the way I looked at the upcoming event “from a business meeting” to a “discovery meeting” - where I simply had to greet and talk to the person without being afraid.
That made me extremely calm and it was the turning point for me - I felt confident and ready to succeed!

И он помогает вам открыть свой потенциал, выйти за рамки и увидеть новый мир, я пробовал учить Английский с разными преподавателями, с помощью онлайн приложений и только с его помощью у меня начало получаться за несколько первых уроков я улучшил свои знания , больше чем за 5 лет предыдущего обучения, и я понимаю что могу выучить язык , спасибо большое ему за то что после каждого урока ты чувствуешь огромное удовлетворение от того насколько ты продуктивно поработал.
