I also discovered the value of physical and mental strength. I started lifting weights at 36, lost 22 pounds, and trained in calisthenics, climbing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Chinese pole, and parkour. These experiences taught me that discipline and consistency can transform your life. I help introverts, neurodivergent learners, and anyone who feels out of place find their voice in a new language. My goal is to show that you're never too old, too shy, or too different to learn. My lessons focus on active use, not passive listening. Every student receives personalized tasks based on their level and goals. During the trial lesson, I'll learn about your interests and create a study plan designed for you.
