Why do people take the risk of starting theire own business instead of enjoying the benefits of a "normal" job with ideally with an unlimited contract. You receive a monthly salary and just get the job done, is there no work - you just read the papers.

Why do people take the risk of loosing everything due to an investment by establishing their own business?
Self-realization may a possible answer. The dream of doing what one wants and earn (more) money in one go. An outbreak off the boss - employee relationship, a tiredness of being told what one has to do - especially if you know a better way to achieve the task, but you have no scope for decision-making or nobody is listening to you. Maybe you have a new idea or you invented something new and don´t want someone else to take the credit for or you simply have no choice because you life in a country where nobody offers you a job that provides a wage to life with.
