There are so many things to do: clean a house, bake a cake, do physical exercises, learn a foreign language, watch a movie, read a book, chat with somebody on italki!=)
Study languages!!!! Read, write, read, write....
How about writing down your feelings on a diary or note?
That would be purify your stuffy soul.
