Hello, Is 7,5 a bad score for speaking? I am 29 years old and I took the Ielts for the first time last week. I spent five days preparing for the exam. My results were: 8 overall; 8.5 in listening; 8 in reading; 7,5 in speaking and 7 in writing. I am a bit disappointed in my speaking and writing scores. What do they really mean? Should I be considered an intermediate or advanced English speaker. Should I try to retake one of these sections? Thank you very much

We own two huge blankets and several other thin and light blankets using for all kinds of weathers. I usually wash all the blankets in our washing machine but the two big ones. I just call the laundry shop to bring them to their shop washing them for me. Today, it suddenly rained cats and dogs and I brought all the clothes outside in but I forgot one of the blankets which my husband hang outside without washing it (we hang it under the sun every day to feel clean and smell good). The blanket was totally wet and we had to put it in the washing machine for the first time. The machine is working now and I think he doesn't mind the hard work. I suppose, next time, I will wash all the blankets with our washing machine.
