Good morning! I’m on the bus right now, heading to Kochi. I’ve been riding a night bus for twelve hours, and it’s been quite a long journey. I’m really tired but also looking forward to arriving. If you know any good spots in Kochi, let me know!

Sleep quality can be improved by doing several things such as doing excercise, having long walk, taking a bath before sleep and so on. Also, there are many things someone needs to avoid before sleep time like caffeine and white screen. These things can make someone have difficulty falling sleep.
