Many parents think that teenagers should get their own pocket money, but in my opinion, this is a way to encourage them to engage in non-virtuous behaviours. So, I think that giving the pocket money is important for many reasons, for example to encourage teenagers to study more and don’t work since they are young. However, teenagers don’t often make a good use of their pocket money, using it for alcohol and drugs. So, I think that there must always be parental supervision on the consumption that children make. Sometimes, giving guidance on how best to use the money is necessary. Finally, I would say that it is extremely necessary to give teenagers pocket money, and let them manage it, this is also a way to give confidence to their children. On the other hand, parents need to be careful how the teenagers spend this money.

As I mentioned before, it has been said so far that electric vehicles[EV] is one of the most suitable candidates as the next generation vehicles. On top of that, a very famous car maker "Volvo" reported the other day that carbon emissions from making EVs can be 70% higher than petrol engine vehicles. If batteries for EVs are worn out, it seems like they are having trouble throwing out because they have many harmful substance. That's why the demand for EVs across the world just started declining. On the flip side, hybrid electric cars started drawing a lot of attention these days. In Japan, many people already use hybrid electric cars. That's because they not only can save gas expenses but also have eco-friendly performance. They also can run long distance distance and it takes only a few minutes to fill up with gas. In the U.S, the domestic sales value in 2023 increased by 65% compared to pervious year for the first time in two years. EVs also increased by 51%, but both the sales value and the increase rate of hybrid electric cars were higher than those of EVs. The auto-show held in D.C this January said hybrid electric cars attracted a lot of guests that day. I have never had a hybrid electric car before. If I have opportunity to get my car next time, I think I'll have to consider it as well on behalf of the next generation vehicles.

I feel very tired these days. Sometimes I have to design and sometimes I have to teach. Sometimes, I watch live learning. Today, after doing housework for an hour, I was so tired that I sat on the sofa for an hour.

Today is my cousin's birthday! We're all having dinner with my uncle's family, and it wouldn't be complete without a delicious cake. I still have memories of her memorable chocolate mousse incident. So, with a gentle nudge in the right direction, I convinced her to stick with her original plan - buying one. This way, we can all focus on celebrating my cousin and avoid any potential cake-situation.
