*Urban Farming: A Greener Future in Cities* Urban farming is becoming more popular in cities around the world. It refers to growing food in urban areas like rooftops, balconies, gardens, or unused spaces. As more people move to cities, urban farming helps provide fresh, healthy food without depending too much on large supermarkets or long transportation routes. One major benefit of urban farming is that it supports local food production. It allows people to grow fruits, vegetables, and herbs close to where they live. This reduces carbon emissions and helps the environment. It also teaches people, especially children, where food comes from and how to grow it. In addition, urban farming can bring communities together. People can share gardening spaces, exchange knowledge, and even sell extra produce. This creates stronger social connections. Urban farming also improves mental health. Spending time with plants can reduce stress and increase well-being. In the future, more cities may support urban farming projects with funding and space. As food prices rise and environmental problems grow, urban farming could be one of the best solutions for sustainable living.

So I'm going to describe my 2nd name because my first name is Italian (Antonella) and it doesn't have such a deep meaning. Anahí: comes from the Guaraní (South America) and it means "the youngest girl in the family" It's an interesting name because there's a very popular legend about it. It's the name of a native young warrior, from the Guaranís Tribe. She was very brave and fought with his tribe against the Spanish conquerors. She was captured and taken as a prisoner. One night she managed to escape and killed one of her captors, but she was found and condemned to die at the stake. While she was burning herself she began to sing a beautiful song in guaraní, and by dawn, in the place a beautiful tree with red flowers grew up, which happens to be the "Ceibo" the national flower of Argentina 🌺

Yesterday(Sunday), I started my day at 07:00am, when I got up. The first, I brushed my teeth, and after I drank wather. After that I did my meditation: read the bible, and talked with God. After then, I had my breakfast with my husband. After, we cleaned our bathroom, together, He was teaching me how I must to clean, because always, He cleans. After it, I did the meditation with him, because He hasn't do it. This was the morning part. And in the afternoon part: I started having a lunch with my husband, while we ate, we were watching "Tia Taninha vlogs", by instragam. We love her, and her family. She is a comic women, where she speaks about he daily routine. After next, I cleaned kitchen and after, I studied english: Futur form. This is a littler about my daily routine, I know that I make many mistakes, but I'm here to improve my english, 1% better than yesterday. And is it. Thank u so much, for your correction. Bye, bye"!!
