hello I am korean nurse preparing for interview with hospital staff for getting a job Can you please let me know if anything is too formal, written differently from actual words, or written in a written style other than colloquial language? and if is there anything you can't understand, let know ^^ What are your strengths, weaknesses and improvement? = 강점과 단점이 무엇인가요? 그리고 어떻게 개선해나가고 있나요? 강: I would say that My biggest strength is that I am very curious person and I never just go through the motions of things I always need to know why behind what I am doing and I think. That's a really important role for nurse I think. and I’m not afraid to ask get questions if I’m not sure or something I’m going to ask my nursing colleagues someone with more experience to make sure I’m not putting my patient in danger and then I take a notes, that made me handle numberous tasks within working hours. ah, in night shift my junior asked me what is that? I was looking for note you want to see this? she said yes, love to ,so I shared and answer to she asked me . she really appreciates that. 단: I had been told that I'm helping them too much. and my colleagues said " you are seniority. just Let them do what they can.they always keep asking you to help." in my mind ‘Am I nosy?(오지랖인가?)‘ but I was happy to have something to help with, One day was very tough, I was busy working as usual. but that day suddenly I have to assign new 2 patients and had diverse medical history and I need to time to ascertain their condition, and I realized when it was time to adjust and and learn how to say “no” properly. then we did us best and became a better team not like family but a sports team. they did their best at their work and said that their efficiency would increase more when they were on the same shift as me. That was such a huge compliment to me and it was a truly memorable moment. thank you soooooo much!!!! I need your help!!><
