This sometimes controversial book promises ‘the truth’ or an ‘antidote to chaos’ in a time of unprecedented change. This is a challenging but rewarding read that will provoke deep discussion and debates on some of the most fundamental aspects of being human. We will discuss one rule per week. This is lesson 4 (there are 12 lessons in total). In this lesson we will discuss Rule 4 In the lessons we will: 1. Hold deep and meaningful conversations based around the ideas in the book 2. Hold debates and discussions in which you will need to support your ideas with evidence from the book. 3. Study any useful vocabulary and collocations that crop up & practice writing (optional) How It Works: READ: Each week you read the appropriate chapters of the book BEFORE the lesson (Reading schedule available upon booking) THINK: Each week there are questions about each chapter for you to think about and make notes on. We will discuss these questions in the lesson. SPEAK: Join the lesson and discuss the chapters that we have read. SHARE: Join our online community for interesting videos, deep discussion and extra materials related to the book. WRITE: There is also an optional writing task to complete each week. You can submit this to our Google Classroom. Although this is an incredible book, it is quite long and you will be asked to read around 40 pages per week.
